Payment Information
The Neurology Center of Las Vegas is a provider for Medicare and most major commercial and HMO insurance plans. Anything not covered by insurance will be your responsibility. We request payment at the time of your appointment for services that are not covered by insurance. Your insurance company may require you to pay a co-payment. This is due at the time of your appointment. Credit cards are welcome. Questions regarding your coverage and benefits should be directed to your employer or insurance company. - We accept all worker's compensation plans with a C-4 form and verification of an open claim.
- We accept most all attorney leins with a signed lein contract by the attorney representing the patient.
- Please mention these insurances during scheduling so we can explain our protocols and inform you of any paperwork that is required prior to or during your visit.
