Dr. Shanker Dixit, Medical Director

Dr. Dixit graduated with his Doctorate in Medicine from Moneloma Azao Medical College in New Delhi, India. He completed his Neurology Residency Program, Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology, and Fellowship in Clinical Stroke at the University of Wisconsin Hospital. He is Board Certified in Neurology, and Clinical Neurophysiology. He has held the position of Assistant Professor of Medicine, Neurology Division, for the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Regional Director for the Veterans Administration Parkinson's Disease Research Center, and Medical Director for the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program at Sunrise Hospital. He is currently the Medical Director Mountain View Hospital and Summerlin Hospital.

Barbara Ruscingno, CCRN, MSN, APN-BC

Barbara began her nursing career in Englewood, New Jersey, in 1970 when she graduated from the Englewood Hospital School of Nursing.  She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.  She most recently completed her Master's of Science in Nursing in 2008.  Her career has traversed through the critical care arena, she has been involved in the care of critically ill cardiac and neurological patients for over twenty years. She spent the last two years extensively in the neurology field and joined Neurology Center of Las Vegas in January 2011.
